IONOS Hosting

This website is hosted by IONOS SE (Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany).

When you visit this website, the following data is automatically collected:

  • IP address (anonymized)
  • Date and time of request

  • Operating system
  • Referrer URL

Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in technical security and error analysis)

Storage period: Server logs are automatically deleted after 30 days.

Data processing: IONOS processes data exclusively in Germany/EU.

3. Contact Form and Email Delivery

When you contact us via contact form or email, the following data is processed:

  • Name
  • Email address
  • Message content
  • Request timestamp

Email Delivery via Resend (Data Processor)

For email delivery, we use the service Resend (Resend Inc., San Francisco, USA).

We have a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) with Resend according to Art. 28 GDPR. Resend processes your data exclusively on our behalf and only for the purpose of email delivery.

Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR (consent by submitting the form)

Storage period: Emails are deleted after processing your request, unless there are legal retention obligations (usually after 6 months).

Data transfer to third countries: Resend processes data in the USA. Data transfer is based on EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC).

4. Cookies

This website does not use cookies for marketing or tracking.

Technically necessary cookies (e.g., session cookies) are also not used, as the website runs as a static Next.js application without server-side sessions.
